Paddy515
Hi all - a new name to me. Has anyone any good or bad experiences of using their BC range incorporating Eminence custom speaker / drivers. Thanks in anticipation, Paddy.
Bill Fitzmaurice
Yorkville/Traynor is a Canadian company that's been around since the 1960s. Back then they were one of the brands to consider if you couldn't afford Fender or Ampeg. The BC line is long discontinued. The Eminence drivers they used were no more 'custom' than anyone's, which is to say not much different, if at all, than off the shelf. FWIW anyone can get a 'custom' Eminence, you just need to buy at least 50 of them.
corndog
I have no experience with that particular cab but can add this. Yorkville is part of Traynor and are very common here (in Canada). Usually the quality is top notch, very durable and road worthy gear. I've owned Traynor cabs in the past which were light and loud. Although some older models can be heavy. Maybe do a search on talkbass.com to see if anyone has any experiences with that particular cab. Edited March 23, 2018 by corndog
