TheGreek Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 It's been on several times - good documentary where the members give their position on their substance misuse and relationship breakdowns which went with the recording of "Rumours" and what followed. If you haven't seen it, a recommended view (even though it coincides with the International Footie) Quote

BrunoBass Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 Got this in my planner, looking forward to watching it. I enjoy BBC4’s music docs, even when it’s a band I’m not particularly a fan of. I really enjoyed the 10CC doc from a few weeks ago, I think it’s still available on iPlayer. Quote
KevB Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 Still available for some time on iplayer for those than can access it https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00nq7q9/fleetwood-mac-dont-stop?suggid=b00nq7q9 Quote
mentalextra Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 (edited) Just remind me (as I can't be bothered to look myself), is this the program where they interview Mick in his fabulous tropical island home? PS: I have nothing against fabulous tropical homes it is just how I remember the program Edited March 28, 2018 by mentalextra Quote
Frank Blank Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 Isn’t this the much truncated version? I seem to remember watching this documentary over two hour and a half episodes that went into far more detail and the version that aired on Friday was the shorter version that’s been aired a few times. Having said that I can’t find the longer version anywhere, there was far more in the longer version about the Peter Green era. Quote
Barking Spiders Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 I might watch it. If ever there was a band whose back story is more interesting than their music it's FH Quote

I also really like the History of the Eagles, fascinating watch Quote

Rock Stars I agree, I understand the temperamental creative type but such skittishness surely could be addressed by a cheeky uppercut? 1 Quote
