Spare fretted neck for my Spector?

Hi Folks

I have a Spector Legend 4 fretless which i'd also like to play fretted.

Does anyone know if it's possible to obtain a spare fretted Spector neck from anywhere or is it the case that i'd have to buy another bass to get one?

You'd be unlikely to obtain a new fretted neck. Unless someone breaks up and sells parts (unlikely) you will have to buy another bass.

You do see whole Basses selling for £100 or so on eBay - keep your eyes open for a bargain...
