I think your numbering is correct. 4 is the only one with the right angle to put pressure on the sideways movement of the saddle and 5 seems to be aiming at the side of the bridge block to allow / prevent movement by the entire saddle unit. 5 isn't just intonation - it should be loosened off when doing height adjustments as well.
