Trace AH600 - in a rack!

Couple of things with this.

Firstly, an absolute bargain.

Secondly, has anyone else done this with their 3U Trace UV heads I.e. put it in a rack case and left the tube in place?

Agree...probably a real monster sound and as reliable as a wood burner fireplace.

I bought a 4U and 6U Gator rack cases to put my TE heads in - never got around to it which is why both cases are for sale.

I didn’t realise that the lids would be deep enough to take the UV tube housing.  Hey ho, every day’s a school day 😁

Might look out for a 3U case to have a play.
