Power for old DOD pedals

I have an 80's DOD FX62 bass chorus which requires the male 3.5 mm power cable.  Can I power it from my existing BOSS psa230 if I use this connector ?

That's good   I notice the DOD says 10v on it.  That won't be a problem with a 9v power supply ?

I don't think so - I used to use FX25s with the adaptor you posted. As long as it takes a 9V battery too, then it should be fine. But I'm doubting myself now!

The worst that can happen by underpowering a pedal (voltage-wise) is that it won’t turn on or won’t sound as expected. Whatever you do though, don’t OVERpower pedals with voltage - that’ll fry them fast!

Yes. Should be fine with the correct adaptor

i use a lot of the fx series pedals, and they all work fine with a 9v psu and the correct adaptor.

Thanks dudewheresmybass.  So should the adaptor I added the link for in the OP work OK with my BOSS psa230 and DOD FX62 or would you recommend another?
