Precision Bass Pickguard with four control/input holes?

Hi all, perhaps I'm looking in the wrong places, but I'm trying to find a pickguard to fit my Precision bass, but I'm looking for one that would be a Deluxe pickguard? ie, it has holes for three controls and an input jack. I could put extra holes in mine, but think I'd prefer a new guard as the spacing might be a bit off. I'm hoping to put a Darkglass Tone Capsule in there, hence the need for extra space.

Anybody know where I can find one that won't rip the eyes out of me? 😂

The bass is a signal generator and so it's an output jack.
