Ampeg AFP 4 footswitch (where to get it or alternative)

I will purchase an Ampeg svt 5 pro head today and I would like to have the foot switch.
I was searching here and found little info about the famouse afp4. I know its discontinued...
So, can anyone help me find one or tell me a reliable alternative to it ?
