Tbh anything with "custom" or "handmade" in the title makes me expect something like this, it's not even fun anymore.

Looks like a Bass Collection neck with the E and G strings wound the wrong way.

I think the neck (as well as the bridge and other hardware) are from an old Tanglewood Rebel 4k, the E & A string tuners are positioned lower than the D & G tuners, it's the opposite on the Bass Collections AFAIK. Pic pinched off the web:

The bridge matches too, a BBOT style but with a bulkier anchor point at the back.
