Ha, yes, those beams were chewed by horses before this place was rebuilt in the 1990’s, it may have originally been built in the early 1700’s so you are not far off. 

The bass is brand new though and only born in Czech quite recently.

Lovely looking bass, I nearly bought one myself because I was looking for one with an adjustable bridge. I'm sure it sounds as good as it looks, enjoy!
