bassballs_doherty Posted July 20, 2007 Posted July 20, 2007 Hi I was wondering if any members have the Yamaha BBG4AII bass guitar? I have seen a 2nd hand one in a local store going for £140. It looks in pretty good shape - apart from the knobs and bridge a little off colour. Its the same colour as the Nathan East Bass i.e. Flame top (can't mind the eact name for it). Do you think this is a good buy? Bassballs. Quote
The Burpster Posted July 20, 2007 Posted July 20, 2007 I looked into one of these some time ago..... £140 seems OK from a dealer you could expect to pay £50 less private..... Heres a +ve review...... bassballs_doherty Posted July 20, 2007 Author Posted July 20, 2007 (edited) The bass is actually in a "Cash Generator" type shop. They initially priced it at £200 and brought it down to £140. Is there any difference between the BBG4AII and the BBG4SII? Edited July 20, 2007 by bassballs_doherty Quote
funkysimon Posted July 20, 2007 Posted July 20, 2007 I've got the BBG-5S, and it's a great guitar. People often say that Yamahas are good purchases across their range, so I'd say if you've tried it and like it, go for it. Quote
