plangentmusic Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 (edited) Admittedly absurd. Never Mind. LOL Edited June 5, 2018 by plangentmusic No sense of fun Quote
ezbass Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 I liked that. It reminded me of what The Ox did with The Who. 1 Quote

thebigyin Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Sorry had to switch off after about 40 seconds lol. Quote
fretmeister Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 It doesn't actually sound like Geddy's note choices at all. Quote
fretmeister Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Deleted the vid? Blimey. All the comments were against the idea, not the OP! Quote

The idea was the joke -- which apparently a lot of people didn't get. And some were insulting to the effort, so...why bother. 1 Quote

Ah, going with the cryptic tactic I see. Not interested. Talk Bass seems like a clique of kids and mods who want to impose their authority. I'm not sure what that has to do with this post. fretmeister Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 If Talkbass was as relaxed as here this place probably wouldn't have existed in the first place. There's a proper community spirit here. Quote

tb4sbp Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 I cannot tell if the video was pulled or not as I cannot get that kind of content at work (Shh, don't tell on me) But Rush and AC/DC are great bands and two of my favorites so I would have like to have heard that Also I am really enjoying Bass Chat I like Talk Bass but sometimes it is just a bunch of trollers Quote

Lozz196 Posted August 9, 2018 Posted August 9, 2018 Interesting short list. I reckon Duff is def in the offing, but Airbournes bassist, Justin Street certainly fits the bill. But when all is said & done, keeping it in the family seems to be an AC/DC thing, so I`d reckon that`s where they`ll end up. Quote

vantagepointrocks Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 I'd have thought that as they are in the studio that there is a good chance Angus might just play the bass himself, then worry about getting someone for the tour should it happen. Quote
