Kevin Dean
They fit a 36 " scale but only just for anyone needing to know , It will be interesting to see how they last at £8.99 . & why do some none coated strings last longer than others & why & would wearing a glove like Scott thingy does make them last longer with no mucky muck getting in the string especially if using a plectrum ? Lozz196
I find it all rather bizarre, Kevin. I`ve now had a set on the go for at least 3 months and whilst they don`t sound brand new there is much more life/zing left in them than I would have on a set of Rotosounds after 3 weeks.
Skybone
I used to use them, but found them a bit too rough. They were good, but not great. Bargain though. Think I was paying about £11 a pack (bulk buy from Thomann). Switched to Fender 7350M's.
NHM
I thought they were as good if not better than the Warwick Blacks. Having bought some blacks to 'improve' the sound ('cos they cost more), the reds went back on!
Kevin Dean
I've just gigged a set & found them just as good as more expensive makes .
BigRedX
I would like to stick with Warwick Red Label. According to the tag on my StarBass when I got it, those were the strings fitted at the factory. Unfortunately it seems to be near impossible to get a set with a taper-wound low B so I've had to change to Black Label in order to guarantee this.
