FS Fender US/Warmoth Precision Bass (Jazz width neck) **WITHDRAWN** £500

I bought this bass a few weeks back

....and did so purely for the P-Retro, the bridge and the neck, with the intention of reselling the bass or bit of the bass (there being a sufficient number of Precisions chez Beedster). So, I've replaced the Allparts Precision neck with an even higher quality Warmoth Jazz Neck (with their rather effective string retainer), the bridge with a standard BBOT, and the circuit with a standard Precision loom with a capacitor the size of a small house it would appear (almost didn't fit). Is it a good bass you ask? Hell yes. So why is it so cheap? Because I need to recoup some of the money I spent on it sharpish! If it doesn't sell by the weekend I'll split the parts and sell those. 

 

So, a Fender USA quality Precision albeit with a very high quality Jazz width neck, Hipshot tuners, Fender USA '62 PUPs, Fender USA body (very good condition), all for £500. PS the colour is a rather fetching 'Mystic Red' which looks rather dull in the photos, but is very nice.

Mystic Red - or 'Místico Rojo' - as per Fender's catalogue, it's actually a lot more vibrant than it looks. Think the white PG works better also?

No worries mate, I'm going to split it for parts I think, too many Precisions for sale at present here
