Quilly
I've seen a sweet looking 70s fender jazz reissue on Thomann. Anyone have any experience of this model. Price point is good. https://m.thomann.de/gb/fender_ltd_70s_jazz_bass_mn_nat.htm?glp=1&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=dpa201803x2x&utm_medium=cpc Edited June 22, 2018 by Quilly
Reggaebass
Hi I’ve got a similar one it’s got the bullet truss rod the bound fingerboard vintage pickups , bridge, and tuners The only difference between this and my other jazz basses is the neck profile it’s very slightly deeper but feels great and sounds really good with flatwound strings

Lozz196
I had one of the same ones as @Reggaebass, pretty decent, played good and sounded it. As said, a deeper neck profile than many Jazzes, especially MIM Standards.
Old Horse Murphy
I played one the other day in PMT along with the P Bass version. Fabulous basses, excellent build quality, lightweight, well set up and great sounding. The P Bass left with me but it was a close call

Old Horse Murphy
It’s not too bad and doesn’t feel too thick to me. Mind you, I play P Basses so I don’t think I’d be the best to comment. I’d liken it to the standard B width neck on 70’s P Basses. Edited June 22, 2018 by Old Horse Murphy
