jdt Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Hi,could I use a 2x10 4ohms with an 2x10 8ohms with lms3,thanks Quote
M@23 Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Nope. Need to swap that 4ohm cab for another 8ohm if you want to use two together. Quote
prowla Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Well, you could use them, but one would get more power than the other. Quote

King Tut Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 I've found Markbass heads to be pretty flaky if you go even a little bit below 4 ohms. Quote
la bam Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 I have a markbass 6x10. That was made to be 6ohms. Which is a great compromise. Plenty of power and no risk with ohmage. Quote

Well, you could if you wanted to destroy your LM3. Otherwise do what the Markbass website instructs and only go down to a 4 ohm load by using one 4 ohm cabinet or two 8ohm cabinets. Quote
