Earth strap jazz bass

Has anyone ever had to buy one of these to ground the bridge on their Jazz bass? Looking to fit one to a bass but unsure where to get them? Basically it’s just a bent bit of copper, no?

It’s  just a simple piece of copper sheet held in place by the bridge and touching the earth pole of the bridge pickup. You could  even use simple shielding foil

I’ve used thin brass sheet, cut to run under the bridge pickup, then wired to ground on one of the pots.

When my original one got a bit manky, I bought a thin sheet of copper from Ebay and cut a thin strip from that with a pair of scissors.
