Is this a head or a combo?

Only asking as I've googled this and have found combos and amp heads. 

Some versions have the sliders and knobs, while other versions only have knob controls.

I'm a bit confused!

If I were closer I’d probably pop by on payday, but I couldn’t swing a two hour drive with the Mrs for an amp I don’t need (just want!)
