Well I'll go for the obvious one ...

stacking all your kit in front of a solid door so that anyone coming through it will destroy everything and causing themselves an injury in the process  😄

In accordance with a number of Basschatters's no-nos, I've depicted 5 definite transgressions, and one tawdry item.

Not necessarily in order of wickedness:

1. Reading the Daily Mail.

2. Use of a music stand, (the folder is pink, not the stand).

3. Curly cable.

4. Irrefutable evidence of having played Moondance.

5. ?

+ 1 tawdry item

Class D

Probably massively scooped EQ

Cabs aren’t stacked vertically

Sunburst

Plectrum

Bass isn’t a Maruszyikzyiuk

How do you sleep at night

5. Yes, the plectrum - plus others that I was unaware of!

No- no's are, music stand, Daily mail, Moondance and that clip together instrument stand.

(Possibly)😂

The tawdry item is not the instrument stand I'm afraid which I find quite good, I have 2 the same, they are K&M. The tawdry item is the speakon to Jack speaker cable which looks like an odd bit of 1.00mm mains cable at least a good 2' long. I believe that only 27 Amp 2.5mm cable is acceptable.

Well this has been amusing. hope you all enjoyed it, (by the way they were the kitchen cupboard doors).

HOLY CHRIST! HAS NO-ONE LOOKED AT THE DIRECTIONS THE TWO CABS ARE FACING?????

PHASE CANCELLATION PEOPLE!!!

I'm cool with the plectrum though, old school bass with a pick has a really nice sound. Think anything done by Air.

I've always found it easier to play with the amp controls facing away from me.

Dunno about anyone else?

I find it easier to play with them facing away from the guitarist so he can’t see when I turn up after he does.
