Jesus H Christ and Holy Mother of God!!  :swoon:

There's 'relic' and there's 'been under the sea for 100 years'.

Is this really a commercial bass produced by Warwick for general sale? How is that neck joint going to be at all stable? What the hell is happening? I don't care if it's the best-sounding and best-playing bass in the world, I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot-long bass pole!

At least not without a tetanus shot. :|

You can buy it if you really want and have 5000 Euros to throw away...

WHAT?? 5000 Euros!!!???

You may as well just stick your current bass in a garbage truck for a week and flush 5000 notes down the bog!

Yup, 5k Euro. Somebody somewhere will buy it and have a unique (and incredibly ugly) bass, thankfully it will be a collector and the bass will never see a stage so there's zero chance of actually having to look at it in the flesh.

Check this out for a better example of the Showroom section:

That's something I suppose, though I can't unsee it now. Where's the brain bleach? 5000 Euros beggars belief. You could buy a proper bass for that!

I have to say if the front looked like the back grain and it wasn’t a Warwick I actually quite like it.

The fact it has emerged from Davy Jones’ Locker is cool but at 5000 dubloons that’s a bit much.

When it’s back in the seconds market at a fifth of the price I may have a dabble

I think I'd rather take a turn in the apple barrel then walk the plank.

Trouble is, I don't much care for the shape of Warwick basses. But I do like the shape of Spector basses, so pick the bones out of that! :D

I thought I was the only one that thought that...

Just awful. Can't believe Warwick themselves would do that. It looks like the kind of thing you see on eBay occasionally.

Quite. And it would rightly be derided as such. Boo!
