Just a thought. Progressed?? I like a bit of progressive music, but it sounds a bit dated these days! As it would, it was only progressive at that moment in time, now its old, and probably dated.
Woodinblack
I don't know, modern progressive music is quite progressive, and certainly more progressive than old progressive music, which is a bit dated, except they all tend to use old moog lead sounds, which sound a bit... regressive! Thunderbird
Edguy Rocket ride enjoyed it at the time but it feels really old now
Merton
Many mentions of Hysteria but I’d argue that Adrenalize is worse, its production is even more sickly sweet. I still love Hysteria though as it’s one of the first rock albums I heard. Intrigued to hear the remastered versions of their first two albums, High and Dry is still probably my favourite Anyhoo, to stay on topic, I throw in 7800 Degress Fahrenheit and Slippery When Wet. Equally of their time and, especially in SWW’s case, they are both far less good than the band would have you believe.
NancyJohnson
While I do have some pleasant memories of early Def Leppard, when the material (finally) dropped onto digital platforms, I gave it a bit of a listen and it really surprised me how awful the whole package actually was. Everything was bad.
