I think it's genuine.

Serial number, signature. bridge and logo look right to me.

From what I could see on my phone it had truss rod access on the headstock. Geddy Lee basses have truss rod access at the body. At least the two I own do

Seems a bit elaborate to fake a mex geddy lee jazz for £300? If you were going to fake one wouldn't you fake the american one?

That was my thoughts and I was going to say why would someone fake a mex.

Still, now verified as a true Geddy, then it was a bargain as they’re selling for between £500 & £600.
