AndyTravis
So, I’ve just got this with a mind to sort it and learn piano. truth is, this will be the third piano we’ve had in the house and I know we just don’t have the time. so, the good... it works, and the sounds are great. It’s a Yamaha and they’re obviously known for their digital pianos. it has a power supply and a music rest the bad... I got it from my school so it’s led a somewhat charmed life. I haven’t had 5 minutes to clean it yet - it’s been in storage. 4/5 of the keys need resetting - I planned to take it to a guy in Heywood to sort (he’s the NW Yamaha repairer) they do not currently generate sound - apparently an easy enough fix but again time consuming...if there’s no interest at around £200, i’ll Get it repaired and eBay this thing for about £400-£500 (they were about £900 new) anyhow. Ideal if you need a spare, or a decent weighted midi keyboard or want to learn and you’re handy enough at repairs.
