Eboclive Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 (edited) Epifani UL 502 amp. Now reduced to £400. Even better bargain. A few marks on the casing, but generally in very good condition. Very useful amp, having two separate channels. Each channel has it's own gain and EQ section. 2 basses can be plugged in at the same time (only one channel will operate at a time, switchable), or use one bass and switch between channels. High quality and well regarded amplifier. Comes with practical soft case. Prefer collection only from Midlands. Edited November 20, 2018 by Eboclive Price reduction 1
alzamatt Posted July 29, 2018 Posted July 29, 2018 Hi I am interested , have you got the switch pedal too ?
Marc S Posted July 30, 2018 Posted July 30, 2018 Not seen or tried one of these heads before, but if the quality of my Epifani cab is anything to go by, this should be a great amp head Not many heads have the 2 separately controlled inputs either.... useful

I was using it more in the capacity of having two basses plugged in at once, with different EQ on each. When I want the other bass, I just switch between them manually.
Eboclive Posted August 6, 2018 Author Posted August 6, 2018 Monday bump for this fine amp. There is interest, but is anyone going to take it a step further?

Eboclive Posted September 10, 2018 Author Posted September 10, 2018 Some interest in this versatile and great sounding amp. If you know Epifani, you will know this is a high quality amp going for a very reasonable price. Available to try upon request.
Eboclive Posted October 24, 2018 Author Posted October 24, 2018 Still available, unbelievably. There has been another one of these amps that sold at a higher price than this recently. This is a fair price for a great amp. There has been some interest, but no final sale yet.
JapanAxe Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 Just wondering why the output power rating has been taped over? Looks like the start of a 4, so that would be the 450W model.
JapanAxe Posted October 25, 2018 Posted October 25, 2018 Two versions out in the wild, marked as 450W and 600W:
Eboclive Posted October 25, 2018 Author Posted October 25, 2018 In all honesty, I hadn't even noticed the tape before. It has now been removed, and yes, it is the 450 watt model. Hope this clears up any confusion. I wasn't sure of the power rating, hence why it has not been mentioned in the listing, so now I am enlightened too. 1 1
JapanAxe Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 Thanks @Eboclive. There was a discussion on Talkbass about the power rating, but it's not clear whether it was two different models or one model with two different claimed ratings. TBH the difference between the sound levels available from 450W and 600W is surprisingly small. GLWTS! 1

Hellzero Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 Yes, it does matter as I really can't stand fans noise whoever they are. 😂

Eboclive Posted November 20, 2018 Author Posted November 20, 2018 Beat the Black Friday deals. Now on offer at £400. Even better value than it was already.
Eboclive Posted December 23, 2018 Author Posted December 23, 2018 Pre-christmas bump for this fine amp. Unbelievably, this is still available. Others have sold at more money than this, I'm surprised nobody has bought this yet.
