LOL! At last another B2 that looks as fubared as mine...

That's the only one that isn't mine! Fully stickered, Star Wars figure heads for knobs and absolutely battered. I'm just trying to get it vaguely playable, without losing too much of the 'character'

If we put them together, do you think they might breed?

Would it be out of order to ask you to list what these all are? I can identify most, but there's a few interesting ones can't quite pick.

One I'm really interested in is the single cut leaning against the way, behind the black Fender. Is that an old Kay? What do you think of it?

It is an old Kay, it's awful! It was made in '69, out of plywood. 😐

There's nothing particularly special in the herd tbh, but I'll have a go.

Epiphone Thunderbird

BC Rich Zombie

Hohner B bass

Washburn RB2002 Hammerhead

Vintage v940 fretless

Home-built Jazz with a P-neck

Allen Eden Jazz bass

Bitsa Fretless P

1972/3 Ibanez P

Encore Ltd 83 P

Hohner B2

1969 Kay

1969-75 Jedson Telecaster

1985 MIJ non-export Jazz Bass Special

Adam Black Gemini

Stingray SUB MIA

An ex-Gothic Epiphone Thunderbird

Another bitsa P

Washburn ABT B10/20 hybrid

Washburn ABT B20

Bitsa P/J thing made of dark matter

SGC Nanyo Bass Collection Fretless

Not pictured (because they are in my living room)

Washburn S1000 Status

Tenson Jumbo Electro Acoustic

Yamaha RBX 765A

Harley Benton Progress 5 Fretless

I have 4 guitars, but can't really play them!

That made me laugh! Brutal, but honest.

You said there's nothing special, but I dunno ..... sure, you haven't got a room full of L-Series Fenders, but there's some really interesting basses in there. The SUB is a GREAT bass, the old Ibanez is really interesting, and those old Jedson are great looking basses. I think it's a really interesting group of instruments.

And that b-bass...that’s awesome. I know because it was mine

Cool!

I've had 4 fleas, one black (2005) and 3 blue sparkles! (2004-1997-2003)

The 1997 came with the original Lane Poor in it, was still first owner, hardly played and I had it for a crazy bargain back in 2009!

There is a solution...

I sold several basses after redundancy in April 2016.  I regret parting with them.

The collection is creeping up in number again.  It's still modest by some standards in this thread!!

So...2014? Fender American 70s Hotrod Jazz PJ in beautiful candy apple red.

2010 USA Jazz in olympic white and maple board.

2008 USA Precision, classic sunburst, tort, rosewood.

2014 USA Jaguar in olympic white.  A gem. :)

USA Musicman SUB. A cracking bass for not much money.

MIK Warwick LX4 - almost...up there with German Warwicks I've owned.

Steinberger Spirit XT2 for taking away in my wee campervan.

Squier fretless jazz.  (To replace a US fretless jazz I foolishly sold)

Ibanez Talman TMB100M.  Recently bought off Tom1946 and an excellent instrument.

Others:

Washburn D28S MIJ acoustic guitar, bought new 1978 and left to my son. :)

A fairly modest collection, I think you'll agree.  :)

Frank.

@machinehead Always grateful when a collection of 9 rather lovely basses is considered to be "fairly modest". Given that I currently also have 9 (excluding a Stagg 3/4 EUB) I can just mention that "Frank says it's fairly modest to have 9..." should Mrs Krow ever question the need for more than (say) one... 😂
