Last Monday I booked delivery of a bass from Barnsley to Suffolk. UPS didn't collect, so the poor guy who'd stayed in all day had to take it to an Access Point. The bass got as far as the UPS hub in Tamworth, where it stayed for an extra day for no good reason.  Then today i stayed in all day especially having been told it was Out for Delivery and no one came.  It's the second time I've had an issue so be warned.

Really sorry to hear that. 

I've used UPS/Interparcel loads of times and never had a bad one yet. In fact, I always go for UPS Premium without fail.

Yeah, sorry to hear that - it's happened to me once or twice but not with UPS. As with spongebob I've only had good experience with UPS/Interparcel (over 10 or so bass transactions)

Interparcel will give you a full refund as they've not fulfilled their delivery promise.  Pain in the butt for the delivery process, but the refund will cushion the blow.
