tommorichards Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 I'm putting a gibson ripper back to standard, and i've just looked at the original bridge for it, and it appears to have 2 square holes in the underside of it. I'm curious as to why they're there. Atm, i have two ideas: Either a hole for mounting a bridge mute, or moulding injection holes. Anyone out there with the truth? I've included a picture of sed holes. Quote
yorks5stringer Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Knowing Gibson it will be for a round peg...!😂 Quote
T-Bay Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Just a guess, but alignment holes for when machining? 1 Quote
