A bit of Blu tack under the knob flange (oor err 😯) should stop them turning unless forced.

Improvise. You should be good at that. 

 

Cut some sponge up and slot that over the pedal knobs. 

Use an elastic band see if that holds the knobs in place. 

Classic but not obsolete yet : stick a sock on it. 

Put some clothes on it

Just keep one sock for er.. luck

If you are using a velcro board, get a thin strip of velcro and loop over the knobs oneach pedal. Easy to change settings if you want.

Rubber washer under the knobs, inexpensive and it works. Mentioned several times.

If you want the setting 'fixed' without any damage to the finish, this works very well. I use a small thread of blu-tac on my MXR Iso-Brick around the variable 6V to 15V knobs to hold in these in place and I don't accidentally end up frying the pedal being powered!

I suspect that this is going to be the better solution (and better appearance too!) if you want the ability to adjust your settings on the fly.

A tad cheaper than loknobs is a set from Stompshield. You can find them from the germanian T-shop. I do not put them to every knob, but to those that are the most important or few to round few others.
