BULK BUYING STRINGS?

I'm looking to bulk buy bass strings to try save some pennies, anybody else do this / know of a good website of retailer to contact? I have done a few google searches but just want to see if anyone has some top tips!

Depends on how many you buy I suppose. I buy 6 sets at a time as the postage/shipping is only about £2 more for all six. I use Warwick Red Label Steel Rounds and end up with 6 sets for around £50 - £55.

Depends how many you consider bulk. If you want to set yourself up for a long time, just go straight to the distributor and see if they'll sell to you direct in 'bulk'.
Similarly, try talking to the manufacturer directly, they'll almost always try and help, and if not, will probably point you to the distributor anyway.
Worst case, most shops should do you a deal on large orders.

US company, prices very good although not so much recently with exchange rates perhaps. Pot luck whether you get clobbered with import duty, think I've been hit twice out of maybe 5 or 6 orders. Even with postage costs, I have found them worth trying. Also they do 10/15% off deals every now and then, so sign up on their site to get heads up on these.
