That's a seriously interesting bass. Jazz Special MIJ. E626175 makes it 1984-1987.

"It has a Precision Bass body shape with a Jazz Bass profile neck and a P/J pickup configuration."

Thnx for the info josie   that was a interesting  read  about my bass!   Did think it was fake!  Because of the body shape (dont really know much about the subject)  but other people say its real  it needed a bit of cleaning  but has come up ok!  Now for a bass amp  haha    take care   tony

Definitely real. Similar in many ways to the MIA Jazz Plus, which was made 1989-1994 - I have a 1992 J+V so yours looked familiar immediately. Mine is as heavy as lead though and yours is described as light, sounds good!

Yep as real as they come that one. And they are quite sought after as well. 

Nice colour, and IIRC the pickups are a balanced set so you get a nice uniform tone/volume out of them when using one or the other rather than both blended together. 

And £45 is frankly a ludicrous price for it...!
