Fionn Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 Folks Does anyone know where to buy intonation screws for a basic Fender-type bridge? I just had one shear on me. It’s one of the longer (1 3/4”) ones, from the D string. The thread is 6-32. I’ve had a look on Google, but can’t find any in the required length 😕 Quote
Twincam Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 Maybe buying a generic screw from eBay. If you Google all sorts of screws for instrument parts it can be difficult to find them. Say I googled pickup screws for a Yamaha xxxxx model no chance. However eBay is better at searching like that it seems to me and if still no luck you know the screw dimensions so buying a generic is easier. Quote
ikay Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 I tracked down some of the longer 6/32 x 1.75" intonation screws for my '72 Jazz some time ago and bought a pack of them. PM me your details and I'll drop one in the post to you. 1 1 Quote
