MXR BASS BLOW TORCH ISSUE

Hey 

My bass blowtorch has some sort of fault.At kne point is had constant blue LED (no effect)....Then with 18v Adapter No LED but very faint effect (everything crackned including boost).

Anyone know of a fix? TIA
