Hi I’m trying to find out the make of this Upright pick 

the only identification is this M1354E12683 pv

It looks like an Underwood.  Shadow also make one that looks similar, though I'm not sure how to tell them apart.

It's certainly underwood/shadow type, but there are a raft of copies too.

The jack looks like a switchcraft, with a sleeve over it which makes me think it's *probably* an underwood. There should probably have been a cable tie through the sleeve to attach it to the tailpiece.
