Subscription fees location?

Hi, just signed up to the website.  Looking in the FAQ it says that you can purchase a subscription for £20 in order to sell stuff that is more than £50.  When I go to the shop site there are no options to buy a subscription, could anybody shed any light on this please?

Remember David, that £20 lasts a whole year, and you can sell anything, bass related or not. as there are dedicated forums for everything you can think of.
