artisan Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 (edited) Just got back home from P.M.T. Leeds with my new US Elite Jazz & I am so pleased with it,I can't stop grinning. It was a tough call between the black & the natural Ash bass, took me over an hour to make my mind up,but I made the right choice - I think. It's my 50th birthday bass but just over a year late 😁 Edited September 15, 2018 by artisan 3 1 Quote

cLepto-bass Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 I went to my local GuitarGuitar store a few months ago to pick up a few little pieces and had a bit of time to kill so tried one of these out. I wasn't expecting to fall in love with it as much as I did. They are seriously good basses. Personally I would have gone for the natural version but only just. 1 Quote

Twincam Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 Very nice! Think you made the right decision on colour. Dare I say natural looking ash finishes to me can look a little dated. Classic black looks alot fresher and has a certain classy look. 2 Quote

artisan Posted September 16, 2018 Author Posted September 16, 2018 (edited) I'll weight it when I get chance guys 👍 I'd guess about 9lbs,it's about the same as my MIM jazz. The ash bodied one I tried was a lot heavier though,at least 11lbs I would think. Edited September 16, 2018 by artisan Quote
