Help with bass information.

Hello. I own a Fender FSR deluxe pj bass, sea foam metallic. It's the passive MIM model. Now discontinued due to the limited run. A couple of stories floating about..... 300 were made for the Guitar Centre USA, 30 ish came to Europe, 7 to the UK. Another story is that Fender made 300 for the US market, and a additional 100 for the rest of the world. I've contacted both the Guitar Centre and Fender, and basically just pissing in the wind. Can anybody shed some life on this matter. Cheers, Richard.

Can't help i'm afraid but that looks great with the maple neck. I have the Rosewood active version.

I put it up for sale a few months ago, the response was overwhelming. One guy sent me a message saying it was a rare bass. Removed from sale and back under the bed. Never got the full story.
