Hi all, my painter was busy, but today I got it finally back.!

Now I can finish my first 4 string bass , but what do you would do: without or with pick guard ??

That’s bloody lovely - like Yamaha BB had a baby with a Ricky! I would enjoy that!

And white pearl...just saying.

Hi all, attached the drawing, so far finished, of my EVO4 Bass bridge

EVO FX4 Bridge v3.jpg

Interesting.  That's a new approach (I think).  I take it that you are still developing this?

@SpondonBassed Yes it's a new approach, not my idea, developed by a german friend ,he gave me all his drawings of his patent ...

The advantage of this design is to reduce to a maximum all moving parts, small screws, springs on all standard available bass bridges on the market .... hope to find some good manufacturer who produce the first prototype ...

Are those hex nut ended sleeves for the intonation? I'm assuming at this point that the strings are held at the back by the ball end in a counter bore or are body through?

Where do you set the string height?  I'm liking the concept.
