bassgurumonster
Just got this Explorerbird. I was toying with the idea of building one, but thanks to Karl Aldorfer pointing me in the right direction, I managed to find this beauty. Well chuffed
spectoremg
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Nice bridge overhang. And surely it's a Fendersplorer?

Unknown_User
I love the look of the Explorers as guitars, but I'm not sure if that shape works for me as a bass for some reason. Although I think that part of it may be the colour. The cranks we bought our house off must have had a job lot of paint in that exact colour because they'd put it all over the inside and outside of the house. Now when I see it it brings back bad memories of evenings and weekends spent decorating and fixing half-arsed workmanship while thinking "why the hell did they do that?!?!" Glad you're happy with your new bass though!
Woodinblack
I saw that on auction a few weeks ago, looked interesting but going for a bit too much and there was some other stuff I wanted to bid on (that I also didn't get!). Also I guess I can't get with that headstock shape on that body
