Fleabay85 Posted October 20, 2018 Posted October 20, 2018 (edited) Like new condition. Comes with papers, tags....and gig bag. Edited December 8, 2018 by Fleabay85 3
Muppet Posted October 25, 2018 Posted October 25, 2018 (edited) ...hand rubbed oiled, compound radius fretboard, asymmetric neck profile, 18v active circuit, graphite truss rods.. It's an under rated, yet brilliant guitar. I gig with two of the 5 string versions and i love them! Good luck. Edited October 30, 2018 by Muppet 2
Brook_fan Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 I see that Fender no longer make these- what a shame, it looks wonderful. Prefer the look of this to those jaguar basses they now make. Good luck with the sale 🙂 Rob 1
discreet Posted October 30, 2018 Posted October 30, 2018 Don't know where I was or what I was doing when these came out, but I like it! Something very MM Sabre about it. 1
Muppet Posted October 30, 2018 Posted October 30, 2018 The configuration is very MM like, although the selector positions 2 and 4 are the opposite of what you'd find on a Musicman. The offset body is less pronounced and smaller overall than the Jazz bass. The pickups are very growly indeed although the neck pickup soloed does a great precision sound. The best thing though is the neck. It's incredibly comfortable as it's a different shape at different points, as is the fretboard radius. Terrible shame that they stopped making them but I guess the Fender buying public weren't ready for humbuckers........... sorry to hijack the sale thread. 1
Martbassplaya Posted November 3, 2018 Posted November 3, 2018 Never played a Dimension, but this looks incredible. Must have so many tonal options. 1
Conor&Bass Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 Is this still up for grabs, and would you be interested in a swap for a MM Stingray 5?
