Series/parallel switch, with retained individual volume pots?

That is, where you can, in essence, blend between two pickups even when they are wired in series - I know I've seen a diagram for it, it might've been here, but I fail at using the search function, apparently.

Anyway, anyone recognize this, and know where I can find that diagram again?
