IIRC the 60s date stamp format was OK until around mid-73, so that's OK (it's come up on this forum a few times before). Looks like the board might have been replaced, but that's not unusual for this era? I could well be wrong though

It appears that the whole fretboard has been renewed. As there is a layer visible between neck wood and the fretboard, to adjust radius for the new fretboard.

1. There´s no "PAT. 2,960 ..." -Text under the Fender Logo on the Headstock and the Fender logo colour is wrong, should be gold not black.

2. The fretboard is not original. Should be "rounded" with a radius.
