This is a beautiful hand made instrument with a really punchy and articulate sound. It has a swamp Ash body with a five piece flamed maple/mahogany neck, maple fretboard, EMG JVX pickups, ETS Bridge (the best bridge out there IMO), Ebony knobs, and Hipshot style tuners. The bass weighs just 8lbs and balances wonderfully on the strap.
