AndyTravis
I made a stupid offer on a Yamaha bb350f on eBay and won it. trouble is, I have a Fretless I already don’t use. so who can shove new frets in? And what will I be paying...I know on an unlined bass it’s a dear do, but this has Fretlines...
BassBunny
If you get in touch with Phillip Porter, http://www.philipporterguitars.co.uk/, he will give you an idea of price. His work is fantastic and really reasonable. He's only in Salford near the start of M602. Really it is not much more work than a re-fret as the fret lines are there. Other alternative is Steve Robinson, Manchester Guitar Tech https://www.manchesterguitartech.co.uk/repairs/

AndyTravis
Well, he wasn’t there to speak to on Monday, and hasn’t replied to my email. I did however strike up a conversation with a mate who’d asked the same luthier to build him a custom bass 4 years ago and the wood still hasn’t been cut... so im speaking with our very own @Andyjr1515 about options. it arrived today and feels great. But very, well...fretless. So we’ll see what costs are like.
Guest Marcoelwray
Hello, Don't want to make shadow on Andy's but you can contact me too…. Happy to give you a quote on this. As I Don't have any "luthier work" right now, it can be fast, if you're in a hurry…. (I think my friend Andy has a lot to do….)

dyerseve
I just had the SB Elite I bought re-fretted for £135 by a local pro luthier: http://www.lakestoneguitars.co.uk/phone/index.html Edited December 25, 2018 by dyerseve
