For sale Bassix RC Interchangeable electric upright bass. Looks really good (see pics) with "blonde" deluxe side moulding.

The bass is completely unmarked (see pics) and comes with adjustable bridge, presto nylon strings, a pre-amp and an EQ which makes the sound extremely versatile.

Here is a review that I found on the web: "with the treble rolled off and the bass slightly boosted you get the classic double bass tone, wonderful for jazz etc. However bring the treble up to about midway, and suddenly you can start to get those D&B sounds out of it, still double bassy but with a little honk, push it a little futher and you can get the more fretlessy sounds similar to the NS design bass's. and very similar to a DB".

Good for both pizzicato and bowing. It takes only a couple of minutes to assemble/disassemble the bass. It includes nice gig bag (see pic).

Here are some other reviews for Bassix EUBs including this model.

Everything is in as new condition as the bass has never been gigged (just used at home and in a few rehearsals). I am
only selling it because I haven't played this bass and I am moving abroad soon.

A new one of these (with all the options such as blonde colour, pre-amp, presto string and side moulding) would cost £1200.

As I said this one is in AS NEW CONDITION. I am asking now only £[s]800[/s] £750.

I would also consider a trade for a 5-string stingray with dual humbucker.
