Thieves have ram raided a warehouse in Leeds and made off with all of Roy Wood's equipment, forcing him to cancel tonight's gig in Hull.

Some details of incident and items stolen here - eyes peeled you northern BC people.

IMPORTANT NOTICE. We are sorry to inform you tonights gig at Hull City Hall has been cancelled. The warehouse has been broken into and all the band equipment and truck has been stolen.
If anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts of any of this equipment (possibly around the Leeds area) including the Fender Strat guitars and red Marshall amps Roy uses please message us, we would be extremely grateful!

Update: The truck stolen was an Iveco Eurocargo YK14 TSV, blue cab, white box and was seen driving through a pair of locked gates near Dewsberry Rd, Leeds this morning at 3.50am meaning the truck will be dented.

He confirmed this morning that he had his stuff. I don't think he tends to leave his gear anywhere!

That’s good news, he must have been listened to the Basschatters advice on here about not leaving your gear in vehicles.

I thought that might be the case, I saw the other Neil last weekend and he reminded me that we need to get the curry night back on track!
