Hello

Just a quick hello. I have just joined the site and I am looking forward to chatting and gleaning information. I have been playing bass for 2 years. Before that I played the ukulele. My basses are U basses. One a rather lovely handmade jazz uke bass from Solway we Guitars in Cumbria.  I'm 61 and a retired deputy head teacher. I play in a ukulele group and we do small local gigs, festivals and open mics.
