Hi,  so I'm reading Bass magazine on my sun lounger in the Canaries today , hi Sylvia-Blue Jay,  and read about this new album from two renowned bass players, David Ellefson of megadeath,  and Frank Bell of anthrax.  Sounds very interesting but I believe not out for sale til mid Jan,  anyone heard any of it anywhere yet ?    Ta.

Hi, on / off cloudy mornings, gets to about 19/21 at best, still great though, already  burnt my shoulders ! Beatles tribute  band tonight in the hotel, going to stare at the bass player ...

Frank Bello and Dave Ellefson were big influences on me when I first started playing.

My music tastes have changed a lot in the intervening years but I'm tempted to check this project out.

I'm also quite impressed by Frank's vocals.

The initial ep from a few years back was pretty good.

im looking forward to hearing a complete album.

last time I saw frank, he was particularly chuffed that I asked how the album was progressing.

Ooh - I do like Dave E very much, great player, and Anthrax ain't half bad either. Will have to check this out when it appears.
