Hi everyone,

I really don't want to let this one leave my house. But main concern now is money because I'd like to start a new build and my gear is getting aged...

No trades. No offers.

I have refinished this bass myself and it's like new. Just had to fill up two holes on the top (thumbrest), and a big one for a straplock on the side. With Ovangkol. I did my best.

This is a Thumb BO5 1998, very nicely figured Ovangkol with a full Wenge neck. Pickups are Delano JC 5 HE, electronic is passive and there is a Piezo system (GraphTech Ghost) on it. Wooden knobs. Gotoh tuners. New bridge, new nut, Schaller straplocks.

Super cheap. 200€ pickup set, 150€ piezo system, a good refin to a good luthier is maybe 150€ ?, new strings 20€, Gotoh machineheads 170€, new nut, bridge, knobs.. about 100€ … It's already almost 800€ and I didn't speak about the value of the bass...
