Up for grabs is this rather rare US Fender Victor Bailey signature Jazz. An amazing instrument in every aspect. Very lively and resonant unplugged which translate to a beautiful warm, punchy sounding Jazz Bass plugged in. 

Interesting specs like mahogany body, Koa top, rosewood veneer on the body. Maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. 

Fender Samarium noiseless pickups and 3band EQ pre.

Very good condition. Frets are great, truss works 100% and no mentionable dings or scratches. 

Bass is sold with its original case and hangtags.

I thought that was Alphonso Johnson... but yes, no that you mention it his name does ring a bit of a bell. Still a lush bass though!

Listen to the album Low Blow from Victor. He plays this bass and a Pensa/Suhr if i remember correctly. Lovely bass to have in your collection.

Jaco replaced Alphonso, Victor replaced Jaco 😁

Beautiful and rare bass id love a 5 string (which I didn't realise they made)
