Gents, I'm new to this bass malarkey and bought some medium D'addario Flatwound Chromes ..for a P-Bass - Doh! My other half has just bought a 32" scaled acoustic bass from this parish - looks like my mediums should fit, but are they a sensible thing to sting up an acoustic bass with ..failing that, I see a Hofner in my future.. 😋
